Hundreds of complaints made about police conduct across Tayside

The Dundee Evening Telegraph report on new figures that show 410 allegations of misconduct have been made against police officers in Tayside over the past four years. Of those complaints, 266 were upheld — with three officers “dismissed without notice” for their conduct.

Dozens of local police officers declare second jobs

The Dundee Evening Telegraph reveal that 66 local Police Officers in Tayside have second jobs or other business interests. The majority are constables who work in photography, construction, coaching, retail and refereeing, compete in football and golf and volunteer for good causes.
