The Scottish Sun report that Police Scotland bosses have spent almost £500,000 in home, car and tax perks since the national force was established. One example includes £120,000 in relocation costs on top of a £175,000 salary.
Commenting, Liam said: “When taxpayers’ money is involved, perks should be kept to a minimum.
“Many of these individuals receive more than enough in their pay packet without needing tax incentives, company cars and help with accommodation.”
